Refund policy
-The customer has up to 30 calendar days to request an exchange if they are not satisfied with the products. For this, the customer must comply with the following conditions: -
-The garments must be in perfect condition, keeping tags, labels attached to the product, and original packaging.
-For reasons of safety and hygiene, we do not accept exchanges/returns of panties, bodysuits, swimsuit thongs, or swimsuits.
-The above does not apply when factory defects are identified, in which case the provisions in the warranty section will apply.
-Exchanges for products of the same value: the exchange is made without any additional charge or refund.
- Exchanges for products of lesser value: we will send you a credit voucher for the value of your remaining balance to redeem in any of our sales channels.
- Exchanges for products of greater value: a payment for the difference between the products to be exchanged will be required.
